Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

 


You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:

 

  • It is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us at sales@iraaio.com before sending it back

 


Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

 

 

 

2. Return Shipping

 


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

 

 

 

3. Restocking Fee

 


All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.

 

 

 

4. Refund Process

 


Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

 

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email

  • If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

 


All refunds are issued at our discretion and only after the item has been properly inspected.

 

 

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

 


The following cannot be returned or refunded:

 

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

 

 

 

 

6. Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
